Generally speaking, how you feel on a day-to-day basis is the sum total of your habits. Your habits with respect to eating, moving, sleeping, resting, and thinking – those things you do day after day, often mindlessly, all create the body and the mindset that you live in. So over time, those daily habits have a direct and profound impact on your health.
If you want to transform your health, you must first transform your habits.
When you’re ready to think long-term, you’ll realize that there’s some up-front work to discover specifically what works best for you. Following someone else’s directions might work for you for short-term results. But once you tire of that program – because it’s not really for you – in the absence of your personal best you’ll fall right back into your old habits and find yourself living in exactly the same reality.

Perhaps you need to explore and experiment, and simply practice some new ways of doing and being. Success leaves clues: if it’s helpful you’ll know pretty quickly. This program will give you daily access to a professional who can guide you through this process.

Chances are that what you think you need to do to feel better, look better, and get stronger is wrong. It’s far simpler and takes less than you think. A primary reason people consistently fail at attempts to improve their health and fitness: they try to do too much, too fast and they choose an approach that isn’t right for them.

Meat or plants? Fat or no fat? Calories or grams? 3 meals per day or graze? No wonder you’re confused. Take a deep breath. Here’s some good news: there are very few universal principles that have withstood the test of time in the science of nutrition. (But we’ll guide you towards those that have.) Your body will let you know what’s working and what’s not. Learn to listen.

There is power and confidence in knowing you have control over your day-to-day well-being and ultimately your long-term health. Overwhelm is one of the primary reasons that people either don’t start or fail to continue, and we’re out to simplify the process for you. Getting started is the hardest part and we know that momentum comes fast when you discover what really works for you.
WHAT WILL I DO?
This 30 day program focuses on four areas:
Nutrition (aka food). Basic guidelines, tailored with your specifics. We will not provide meal plans. You will not be required to measure, track, or record what you eat. This is perfect if you already know what works best for you and just want some structure to get back on track. If you’re not sure what’s best for you, we’ll guide that process.
Exercise (aka movement). You decide what, when and where. Specific goals require specific approaches. Again, your coach will guide you.
Sleep. Rebuild bedtime to ensure you get the most from this essential element to your daily well-being and long-term health.
Water. Your brain, heart and lungs are upwards of 70% water. Drink up.
Our guidelines are based on the basic principles which are consistently validated by science and long-term empirical evidence. We go with what works; plain and simple. Start with the basics and build. Don’t make it harder than it needs to be.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
You’ll receive your program packet via email after you register.
After a Strategy Session (about 45mins) with a coach, you start your program on the day you choose.
Every day for 30 days you’ll get an email – each one filled with encouragement, resources, and inspiration.
Your coach is available to you M-F to answer questions, refine your strategy, and deal with any challenges that come up. You practice your new healthy habits; we make sure you’re set up for success.
